DOA Policy

If for any reason your coral is DOA (dead on arrival), you will need to send us a clear digital picture of your coral within 3 hours of delivery. Our team will review and at our discretion replace items or issue store credit. Customer would be responsible for shipping cost if a replacement is issued. DOA due to shipping delays or damages caused by Fedex or ups, this includes mechanical and weather related, will NOT be covered under our DOA policy, we are a very understanding company so just communicate and I'm sure we can work something out.
There are no refunds or returns, but we do want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Your satisfaction is our priority
